We function under open architecture which provides more flexibility in choosing the most appropriate solution to meet our client’s unique needs.This independent structure and financial planning focus together further helps us to deliver on our value proposition – to provide an exceptional service experience along with personalized financial advice so our clients live a better life today and into the future.Career Opportunities:Financial Advisor/PlannerThe Financial Advisor/Planner offers a unique opportunity for advisors who have already accumulated a level of advisory assets under management (AUM) (minimum $10M) to further grow assets while also maintaining client relationships of the firm, formulating recommendations, and reviewing client’s needs, goals, and objectives. This individual works under the direction of the Senior Financial Planner at Attitude Financial and will have base compensation to supplement fee-based business as they continue to develop and grow a rewarding and sustainable book of business.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Consult with current and prospective clients regarding financial planning and other financial services offered by the company · Analyze client portfolios and budgets to discuss recommendations with clients and make updates as appropriate as well as prepare cash flow analysis · Manage the preparation of client financial plans and suitability reports · Schedule, organize, and confirm appointments, meetings, and phone calls with current and prospective clients · Establish internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets · Research suggested solutions to support recommendations · Promote the organization by developing relationships within the industry and community · Ensure all business conducted complies with the laws and regulations set forth as well ensure policies/procedures are followed in a responsible manner · Participate in on-going professional development to meet personal development needsSkills Required:Understanding the financial planning process and working within defined business processes to achieve agreed outcomes independently is required. Other proficient skills required include being detail oriented, accurate and effectively articulating ideas both orally and in writing. Abilities Required:· Ability to follow verbal and written communications. · Ability to communicate effectively with clients, prospects, public and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner as well as maintain confidentiality. · Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications. · Ability to self-motivate and work independently. · Ability to get ideas accepted and to guide a group or individual to accomplish a task. · Ability to travel locally within a specific geographic area; limited travel outside a specific geographic area (some overnight travel). · Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities (time management). · Ability to work well under pressure. · Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other employees of the organization.Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
